Giffy - GiFFY converts all kind of Bitmaps (BMP files) to GIF files and back.GiFFY makes transparent, non-transparent, interlaced and non-interlacedGIFs in a few clicks. The main advantage of GiFFY is that it can fixGIF files which some Internet browsers (particularly versions ofNetscape) cannot read in JAVA.

Animation Shop - With Animation Shop, you can make graphics such as blinkies, animated icons and glitter sigs. It is easy to use and really useful for making your graphics come alive! Here is a free trial of it for you to download.

Paintshop Pro X (trial) - This is the one of the latest version of Paintshop Pro. I have this program and it is really good. You have to buy it for a lifetime use but here's a trial. The real version costs. You can make layouts, blends and loads of other graphics so it's worth trying it!

Adobe Photoshop CS3 10.0 (trial) - This program is another great example for making graphics and has its own animation program too. It is considered more advanced than PSP and it costs more. Trials are available for around about a month.
Cutenews - Cutenews is a blog publishing tool used to blog and let other people comment on entries. It is supported by PHP and is free to use. Most personal web owners uses Cutenews.

Wordpress - This is another kind of blog publishing tool. It's free and allows you to choose themes, write entries and also has a commenting system in which people can write their opinions.

Movable Type - Movable Type is mostly for business blogging. But it still works for all sites! There are lots of cool features such as commenting, customizing etc.

Galleristic - Galleristic (need PHP) is a image galllery script, which is very easily customizable and which takes very little space. It lets you upload, create thumbnails, manage, list and do much more with your pictures. You can easily edit the layout to fit your layout, without any knowledge of PHP at all. The only things required is PHP and mySQL, though unless you want to be creating your thumbnails yourself it's recommended that your host also has Imagemagick or GD. It also lets you upload flash animations!

Faqtastic - Faqtastic (need PHP) is an ask & answer script, which lets the visitor ask questions through a form on your page, and then lts you answer the questions through an admin panel. It's easy to customize through the templates which you can edit in your admin panel. It has multiple options, you can for example require the question asked to have a question-mark in it, and much more!
Tagified - Tagified (need PHP) is a clean looking tagboard script that is written in PHP. It uses mySQL for database, and it is very simple to install and to customize. If you know just a little bit about CSS, then you can easily modify the colors and looks of your tagboard to match your layout perfectly. The tagboard is valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional, so it loads fast in all browsers. It comes with an online admin panel, so you can delete and edit any tag anytime.

aMAILzing - aMAILzing (need PHP) is an email script, which lets your visitors send emails to you using a form. All you have to do to make it work, is to change the email address to your own and upload the script! It's easy to use, and it has features like attachments and similar! You only need to upload the script once, no matter how many forms you wish to create. Great, eh? People might spam/send junk through these but just block their IP.

Refericious - Refericious (need PHP) is a PHP script which tracks all the sites that refers to your site :) It keeps a log on where people come from, which page on your site it links to, how many times people have been referred to your site from another site, and last time somebody was referred from there! Everything is in just one file, and the installation is simple.
