making blinkies

1. Open up PSP and using the text tool, create a text. This is mine:

2. Now add the borders to the text. Skip this step if you do not want borders around the text. Now with the borders, it should look something like this:

3. Then press CTRL C and CTRL V so that the text is in a smaller transparent box.

4. Zoom in the text so that is easier to do the next few steps. It should look like THIS

5. Now use the FILLING TOOL and select a desired colour on the Materials Plate. I have chosen a light pink.
6. Then zoom in the first letter of the text and fill it with your colour. Mine looks like this:

7. Now go to your Animation Shop and paste the result into a new frame. it should look like THIS
8. Then go back to your PSP and undo the filling and fill in the next letter. Mine looks like this:

9. Then copy the whole text and paste it into Animation Shop. Do forget to paste it after your first one.
10. Do this to all the letters and paste them all in Animation Shop after you fill each letter. Now if you zoom out the frame in Animation Shop, it'll look something like THIS
11. Now select an image and press ALT + ENTER and set the speed for the animation to go.
12. Go to view >> Animation to view your results like this:

13. If you are satisfied with the results, go to File >> Save as to save your work:

14. My finsihed blinkie looks like this:
