Colorful Makeup

BEFORE AFTER

1. Choose a picture you want to edit. Here's Mine.
2. Sharpen the image once or twice to get a better effect. To do so, go to Adjust >> Sharpeness >> Sharpen
3. First, decide what color you want to use for the eye by selecting the color off the palette. Example here. TIP: Best to choose a soft and pastel color if you want a better look. Here are some examples of the colors you can use:

4. Now select the Change to Target tool. It should be somewhere in your toolbar.

5. Set the settings of Change To Target (which should be located somewhere at the top of the window) like mine.
6. Zoom in the eyes so you can do everything better. Now start clicking the eyes to make it the color you have chosen (I chose baby blue). Do both eyes.
7. Then decide what color you want to use for the eyelids by selecting the color off the palette. Example here. Remember the tip in Step 3.
8. Zoom in the eyes again so you can do everything better. Now start clicking the eyelids to make it the color you have chosen (I chose orange). Do both lids. TIP: You might want to change the size of the brush so you won't have a chance of going out of your boundary.
9. Then decide what color you want to use for the lips by selecting the color off the palette. Example here. Remember the tip in Step 3.
10. Zoom in the lips so you can do everything better. Now start clicking the lips to make it the color you have chosen (I chose soft pink).
11. You're done!
