color bubbles

From THIS to THIS

1. Pick out a picture that you want to have colour bubbles on. I picked out this one:



2. Then go and select the paintbrush

3. Then go the top and select the rounded shaped brush



4. Pick out the size of the colour bubble



5. Then pick out the hardness of the bubble (best to be 0)



6. Select the colour you want the colour bubble to be.
7. Experiment with the tones. Put the color bubbles on Screen, soft light, lighten etc. My finishing touch looks like this:
