You need your css document. Add the below code into your css page:

Place that above code at the end of your style sheet if you have a separate one. But paste it somewhere in the beginning if you have your css document above your page HTML.

Edit it. Replace the fonts colour, styles, background colour etc.

If you want to show the rollover, your links should be like this:

<a href="http://YOUR-URL-HERE" class="nav">YOUR TEXT HERE</a>

You must add class="nav" or else it will just show up wrong or as a normal link.
