Unsharp Mask

1. Choose a picture you want the effect to be on. Here is mine:



2. Go to Adjust >> Sharpness >> Unsharp Mask. Example HERE.
3. A window should pop up like THIS.
4. Adjust the settings to your liking or use mine. Then press OK.
5. Add some text and brushes and you're done!
